Round The Island Race Results History 2006-2009

We’ve got our spreadsheets out to analyse the last two years of Round The Island Race race times and information. The reason behind it is that we were interested to know what we should be aiming for this year and after all the work thought it worthy of being published. We would have analysed the whole four years of data available but thought that two would probably be enough to satisfy curiosity.

Weather
As you read through the results below you will find that the completion times for 2008 and 2009 vary significantly. This is because of the weather. 2009 was a relatively low wind year and 2008 a much better year for wind.
